perfect location smart decor great staff inconsistent hours limited pods restricted access
the location proved perfect for exploring. the bar offered smart decor and good cocktails. staff members were great throughout the hotel.
the restaurant's opening hours were inconsistent with the website. small details seemed compromised, like limited coffee pods in the room. the spa access was restricted for residents without additional fees.

Excellent Hotel Experience

helpful staff luggage assistance concierge service
The staff was helpful. Radu assisted with luggage and parking. He even came along in the car. Chris made great cocktails at the bar. Stewart, the concierge, arranged parking and explained how the facilities worked. I was upgraded to a suite without asking.
The restaurant wasn't open on certain days. Only an expensive, limited snack option was available in the soulless bar, or room service.
Rooms
9/10
The room included a very large, comfortable bed. The bathroom seemed spacious. A complimentary mini fridge was provided. It was stocked with drinks such as water and Peroni, however it could have been colder.

The rooms get cleaned nicely every day and that charmed me. The concierge team answered my questions quickly. Dinner in the restaurant felt nice! The spa waters surprised me. The spa is nicely appointed.
The hotel parking was a little tricky though the staff solved it well.
